When I asked, as he pushed his bike along 102 Avenue, he neither agreed or disagreed to let me take his picture. He just kept on walking. It was then that I discovered the possible source of his displeasure - he had a flat and that was why he was pushing his bike instead of riding it. At 20 below, he had every reason to be grumpy.
